Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mortgageprotectionoftexas.com and the other websites operated by TrueForge Life, LLC(“TrueForge,” “we,” “us”), including mortgageprotectionofindiana.com, mortgageprotectionofarkansas.com, and mortgageprotectionoftexas.com (together, the “Sites”). By using the Sites or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we offer
The Sites offer a paid advisory service: for a one-time fee of $4.99, you answer a questionnaire about your home, health, and coverage goals, and we generate a personalized written report comparing mortgage protection life insurance carriers and products against your stated profile (the “Report”).
The Report is educational and advisory only. It is not an insurance quote, application, binder, or offer of coverage, and it does not guarantee that you will be approved for any policy. Actual eligibility, premium, and terms are determined solely by the issuing insurance carrier's underwriting process. No insurance coverage exists, and none is bound, until an application is submitted to and accepted by a licensed carrier.
2. The $4.99 fee
The fee is compensation for the advisory and educational service of preparing your Report. It is not an insurance premium, deposit, or payment toward any policy, and it is not contingent on you purchasing insurance through TrueForge or anyone else. See our Refund Policy for money-back terms.
3. Accuracy of your answers
The Report is only as good as the information you provide. You agree to answer the questionnaire honestly and to the best of your knowledge. If you later apply for insurance, you are independently responsible for answering that carrier's application questions accurately and completely — omissions or misstatements on an actual insurance application can void a policy at claim time regardless of what the Report says.
4. No obligation to buy through us
You are never obligated to purchase insurance through Dominic Raciti or TrueForge Life, LLC. Where a recommended carrier is one we are not appointed with, the Report explains how to apply directly. If you do apply for and are issued a policy through us, we may receive a commission from the issuing carrier, as disclosed in your Report and in our Privacy Policy.
5. Composite stories
Stories referenced on the Sites (for example, on the “Stories” section of the homepage) are composite, illustrative scenarios based on situations and data TrueForge has encountered; names and identifying details have been changed. They are provided for educational purposes and are not guarantees of any particular outcome.
6. Licensing and availability
Dominic Raciti is a licensed insurance producer in Indiana, Arkansas, and Texas. Nothing on the Sites is an offer to sell or solicitation to buy insurance in any state where TrueForge Life, LLC or its representatives are not properly licensed. Carrier and product availability varies by state.
7. Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information about yourself when using the questionnaire.
- Do not use the Sites to submit information on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Sites or payment systems.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Sites and Reports are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueForge Life, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Sites and Reports, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or reliance on a Report. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable insurance regulations.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Dominic Raciti is licensed and from which the applicable Site is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable state insurance regulations.
