Complaints

If something about your experience with TrueForge Life, LLC, the questionnaire, your Report, or an application you started through Dominic Racitiwasn't right, we want to hear about it directly first — most issues can be resolved quickly that way.

1. Talk to us directly

Email dominic@mortgageprotectionoftexas.com or call/text Dominic Raciti at (574) 392-0192, Mon–Sat 8a–8p CT. Tell us what happened and, if applicable, your Report ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

2. Report fee refunds

3. File with your state's Department of Insurance

Dominic Racitiis a licensed insurance producer, and every state licenses producers and maintains a public complaint process independent of us. If you're not satisfied after contacting us directly, or if your complaint concerns a policy issued by a carrier rather than our advisory service, you can file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance:

4. Complaints about an insurance carrier

If your complaint is about a policy, claim, or service issue with an insurance carrier rather than with TrueForge Life, LLCitself, that carrier's own customer service and the state Department of Insurance above are the right channels — we're happy to help point you in the right direction if you're not sure where to start.
