Privacy Policy

TrueForge Life, LLC(“TrueForge,” “we,” “us”) operates mortgageprotectionofindiana.com, mortgageprotectionofarkansas.com, and mortgageprotectionoftexas.com (the “Sites”). This policy explains what information we collect through the Sites, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Through the questionnaire and checkout, we collect information you provide directly, including:

• Contact information: name, email, phone, ZIP code.
• Health information you choose to share: date of birth, gender, height/weight, tobacco use, medical conditions, prescriptions, and related risk factors (DUI, felony, hazardous occupation, bankruptcy).
• Mortgage and coverage information: balance, term, monthly payment, desired coverage amount and budget.
• Payment information, processed directly by Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card number.

Why we collect it

• To generate your personalized Report.
• To deliver the Report to you by email and, if you request a follow-up, to contact you about it.
• To process payment for the Report through Stripe.
• If your Report's top recommendation is a carrier TrueForge Life, LLC is appointed with and you choose to move forward, to help you apply for that coverage.

We do not require full payment or completion of checkout to retain your questionnaire answers as a lead — reaching the report paywall step is sufficient for us to save your answers so Dominic Racitican follow up if you requested contact, even if you don't complete payment.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or third-party marketers. Full stop. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Sites (payment processing via Stripe, transactional email delivery, and hosting/data storage), and with an insurance carrier if and only if you choose to apply for coverage through Dominic Raciti.

Third-party services we use

• Stripe — processes payment for the Report. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
• Email delivery provider — used to send your Report and related transactional emails to the address you provide.
• Hosting / database provider — stores your questionnaire answers and Report data securely so we can generate and deliver your Report.

We do not send your health or financial information to Milliman IntelliScript, Rx Histories, or MIB Group on your behalf — those are third-party consumer reporting agencies we point you to so you can request your own free file disclosure directly.

Data retention

We retain your questionnaire answers and Report for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, respond to your inquiries, comply with our legal and insurance-recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to recordkeeping obligations tied to any insurance application already in progress) by emailing dominic@mortgageprotectionoftexas.com. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of under “Do Not Sell My Info” laws — we include the link in our footer as a matter of transparency and to give you a direct channel to ask.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, access controls, and a PCI-compliant payment processor) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
