Refund & Cancellation Policy
We sell one product on this site: a one-time, $4.99personalized Mortgage Protection Report. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews, so there is nothing to “cancel” after purchase — but we do offer a straightforward money-back guarantee.
7-day money-back guarantee
If your Report doesn't deliver real value to you, reply to the delivery email within 7 days of purchase and tell us so. We will refund your $4.99 in full, no argument. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
How to request a refund
- Reply directly to the Report delivery email, or
- Email dominic@mortgageprotectionoftexas.com with the email address you used at checkout and your Report ID (shown at the top of your Report, formatted TFL-XXXXX-XXXX-XXXX), or
- Call or text Dominic Raciti at (574) 392-0192.
We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days.
Failed or duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or a payment failed but you were still billed, contact us immediately at the email or phone number above and we'll investigate and correct it.
What the refund does not cover
This policy covers the $4.99advisory report fee only. It has no bearing on any separate insurance policy you may choose to apply for and purchase from a carrier — policy premiums, free-look periods, and cancellation terms for an actual insurance policy are governed by that policy's contract and the issuing carrier, not by TrueForge Life, LLC.
Disputes
We'd rather refund you directly than have you open a card dispute — it's faster for you and it's the honest thing to do. If you do file a dispute with your bank or Stripe before contacting us, we will respond with the information Stripe requires, but we'd genuinely prefer you just ask us first.
